Biography

 Prof Bheki Herbert Khuzwayo is an Associate Professor in the School of Science & Mathematics Education at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. His research interest includes the following areas: History of mathematics teaching and learning; mathematics teacher development; social, cultural and political perspectives in mathematics education. He has taught Mathematics Education at undergraduate and post graduate levels during the past two decades. Prof Khuzwayo is a former Fulbright scholar and he has participated in international and local research projects on mathematics education.
