 Dr Jürgen Becker specialises in the building of structural and mathematical models that can be applied to diagnose and inform human capital, structural, and financial solutions in the workplace. He specialises in contemporary multivariate statistical approaches including Item Response Theory and Structural Equation Modelling.  Jurgen was previously employed as senior statistician at the Statistical Consultancy Services of the University of Johannesburg and has steadily contributed to the scientific investigation of risk models in unsecured lending, computer adaptive tests and sample based assessment in selection. Jürgen teaches psychometrics and organisational development and serves as ad-hoc reviewer to numerous peer reviewed journals
