Biography

 Specialist in Property Law, Family Law and Law of Unjustified Enrichment.
Mr Nhlanhla Lucky Sono is an alumnus of the University of Venda and the South African Research Chair in Property Law (University of Stellenbosch). Mr Sono received his LLM cum laude in property law. He is currently finalising his LLD thesis entitled “Re-evaluating the courts’ approach to deprivation of property since the FNB decision”. Mr Sono joined the Faculty of Law, University of the Western Cape in 2018 where he lectures Law of Succession and Family Law. His field of specialisation is Property law and Constitutional Property law.

• Presented a paper at the South African Property Law Teachers (SAPLT) in University of KwaZulu-Natal: 30-31 October 2014
