Student Entrepreneurship Week 2017: Entrepreneurship Is A Career

South Africa’s Department of Higher Education & Training has devised Student Entrepreneurship Week 2017, a national campaign for entrepreneurship development which is aimed at supporting all students considering entrepreneurship as a potential career.

The University of the Western Cape’s SEW2017 event on 16 and 17 August 2017 at UWC’s School of Public Health aims to raise awareness of entrepreneurship as a career option, business growth and to unpack why and how “Entrepreneurship is a Career.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet some of UWC’s already-successful student entrepreneurs, learn from them, share ideas, find their own inspiration, and learn to use what they have learnt to find their way in the world.
