​Post-doctoral Fellowship in Public Law and Jurisprudence

 

The Faculty of Law of the University of the Western Cape is pleased to announce a one-year fulltime post-doctoral fellowship in Constitutional Law and Human Rights for 2018-19.

The post-doc fellow will be based in the Department of Public Law and Jurisprudence and will participate in the research activities of the Department. In particular, the fellow will be expected to do research in the areas of decentralization and federalism. The fellow will be expected to produce at least three publications.

The fellowship is awarded for eight months. A successful applicant will be provided with a monthly stipend, the necessary computer equipment, and office space.

Requirements:

Applicants must have obtained a doctoral degree in the areas of constitutional law and human rights.

•    a possible research agenda
