​The Contact Centre Team

The UWC Contact Centre has a professional and dynamic workforce who aspires to resolve enquiries in the shortest time possible. Nine skilled service agents who has the ability to deal with most University related enquiries, is eagerly awaiting your enquiry.

We are proud of the fact that we can service our callers in 7 of the 11 official languages of South Africa. We have a good mix of experience in both UWC processes and Contact Centre knowledge. Our intention is to balance these two as we strive towards providing our callers with world class service.

The Contact Centre is managed by Mustapha Baderoen who has 10 years’ experience in the industry. His focus on staff development ensures that the contact centre is well equipped to deal with its diverse set of enquiries.
