 Communications and Class Timetable

The Communications and Timetable portfolio within the Office of the Deputy Registrar is responsible for the  the operational planning and management of the Class Timetable by coordinating various elements across the University faculties. A close working relationship with all stakeholders is required to deliver a timetabling process based on AP requirements and student choices.This portfolio includes the formal channel of communication for the Registrar's division.

The objectives include but are not limited to the following:
  • provide efficient and quality communication;
  • strengthen the Registrar’s corporate image and identity;
  • deliver and disseminate University related information to the University populace and the community at large;
  • create and implement communication plans which directly support the Registrar’s high profile initiatives and         projects;
  • implementation and management of the administrative regulatory framework in relation to Academic                   Administration; and
  • contribute to the content for student and staff academic administration on the University's website
