Process for registration for Staff Development Interventions​​​

Principled decisions with regard to Staff Development interventions:

In order to optimize learning opportunities for all at UWC, thus making more funds available for training initiatives, the following two decisions have been implemented since January 2004:

When participants are absent or cancel less than two working days prior the scheduled date of the workshop, the department will carry the cost of the participant.

Full day training: Morning and afternoon 'teas' will be provided but participants make provision for their own lunch.

(Instead of the learning opportunities, the lunch arrangements have unfortunately taken up most of the focus)
