Services for Recruiters

We are proud to announce that we have now acquired a Careers Service Management System named UWC Career Xplora.  This will allow us to move towards a paperless system and greatly enhance the efficiency and quality of both our service to recruiters and students.


As a Recruiter you can:

§        Create a company profile (upload logos, statistics, photo gallery and multimedia)

§        Upload opportunities (part-time, vacation work/articles, internships, graduate trainee programmes and full time work)

§        Register to participate in our recruiting events (career fairs, on-campus recruiting, and company presentations).


Get started by logging on to create your employer profile, your profile will be approved within 24 hours. Once approved do log on and check out the Announcements on your Homepage for booking instructions and viewing our Information and Rate Card for 2018.

There will be no fee for Registration for UWC Career Xplora. Fees for rotating company logos on the student interface of the UWC Career Xplora portal is waived for 2017. A fee will be levied for 2018.​ Logos can be shown on the student homepage and can include the employer’s logo, text, and link to the employer’s profile.​​

The Mock Interview Project assists students to prepare for the​ir job search. Recruiters 
are encouraged to participate as this activity enables you to build your brand and market your company to students.​

The Careers Xpo provides an opportunity for companies and organisations to market themselves to our students, and build your brand awareness on campus. Students can make personal contact with your representatives and enquire about your company and career opportunities.

We facilitate Job Search Skills presentations for students over lunchtimes.

Contact us if you wish to present a topic. (Topics include: strategising your job search, using social media for your job search, interview preparation, what to look for in your contract, etc.).

The Graduate Recruitment Project (GRP) provides a platform for Recruiters to attend on campus information sessions such as: company presentations, showcases, promotions and interviews on campus to assist students with their job search and your recruitment needs.
