Our Careers Service Management System named UWC Career Xplora. This has allowed us to move towards a paperless system and greatly enhanced the efficiency and quality of both our service to recruiters and students.


As a Recruiter you can:

§        Create a company profile (upload logos, statistics, photo gallery and multimedia)

§        Upload opportunities (part-time, vacation work/articles, internships, graduate trainee programmes and full-time work)

§        Register to participate in our recruiting events (career fairs, on-campus recruiting, and company presentations).


Your FREE registration enables you to:

- Feature in the Employer Directory on UWC Career Xplora and ‘Careers by Symplicity’ App

- Full online company profile listing

- Links to your recruitment videos, career web page and social media pages

- Free postings of part-time and internship opportunities

- Updates and reminders about UWC recruitment events and online event bookings.

- You will receive email notifications to set your password and a welcome message from

Get started by logging on to create your employer profile, your profile will be approved within 24 hours. Once approved do log on and check out the Announcements on your Homepage for booking instructions and viewing our Information and Rate Card for 2020.

The Careers Xpo provides an opportunity for companies and organisations to market themselves to our students, and build your brand awareness on campus. Students can make personal contact with your representatives and enquire about your company and career opportunities.

We facilitate Job Search Skills presentations for students over lunchtimes.

Contact us if you wish to present a topic. (Topics include: strategising your job search, using social media for your job search, interview preparation, what to look for in your contract, etc.).


The Mock Interview Project assists students to prepare for their job search. Recruiters are
encouraged to participate as this activity enables you to build your brand and market your company to students.

CAREER UPDATE HANDBOOK - UWC 60th Anniversary Special Makeover Launch 

The “Career Update” magazine, our annual in-house publication, will undergo a makeover to Career Update Handbook. This NEW A5 Handbook will contain articles about the job search and how students can enhance their employability, company adverts and employer priofile listings. The Handbook will be available online and hardcopy.

The Graduate Recruitment Project (GRP) provides a platform for Recruiters to attend on campus information sessions such as: company presentations, showcases and interviews on campus to assist students with their job search and your recruitment needs.
