Welcome to PDC and TAP information and dates

 PDC Dates for 2017

We run one PDC a year which begins in June ends in September.

 How to apply

1. Download the PDC application form (PDF 92KB), complete and return it by email or fax:

email: rmcube@uwc.ac.za Fax: 021 959 3788 for the attention of Rethabile Mcube

2. Attend an information session at UWC.

Once we have received your application you will need to attend an information session before you are considered for the programme. This session is very important as it will help you make a decision about the different RPL choices available to you. Each session lasts about 90 minutes and we will try to accommodate your needs if you are not able to attend the session we have allocated to you.

Please note: We cannot accept anyone onto the PDC who has not attended an information session.

3. Confirm your interest in taking the PDC or the Tests for academic Potential (TAP).

After attending your information session you must let us know that you are still interested in attending the PDC or in writing the TAP. We will then process your application and let you know whether you have been accepted.

Cost

The cost of the PDC is R1250.00 (2017) payable before registration.
