The countdown has begun and final preparations for the next Virtual Careers Xpo are well underway… the only missing link is YOU, the UWC student!

Important: Set up your account beforehand and be ready to engage with Graduate Recruiters and UWC Alumni.
If you have never logged into Career Xplora before, visit: https://uwc-csm.symplicity.com/students (via the UWC VPN) and use your iKamva details to log in.
We do understand that you may have a jam packed academic schedule, however you are encouraged to attend the event for at least an hour even if it is split during your free periods. You might be the future talent that companies are looking for!
Remember that if you are a final year/post graduate student you must not leave you job search until after your final exams, nor wait until after graduation. You should commence your job search now and apply soon. A majority of posts listed on the Career Xplora Job Board require you to apply this year! As long as you pass your final exams in 2022 and can graduate – you are able to enter the world of work as a graduate in 2023.

Visit the ‘My Document Library’ section in the ‘My Careers Service Resource Centre’ on UWC Career Xplora and type in the word ‘VIRTUAL’ into the search function to find resources available to guide you.
Although smaller than our normal on-campus Career Xpo, it will kick-start a number of virtual recruitment events for the year. SO WATCH YOUR MAIL for future invitations!
