Transfer Applications

A student, who is currently registered and wants to transfer to a different faculty in the following year, must complete an online application. Please refer to Rule A.3.1.17 “Change of study programme” (click here for link to the General Calendar 2024).

Applications for transfer in 2025 close on 30 September 2024.

If you are applying from another institution of higher learning you need to submit the following:

1. Certified copy of your NSC Certificate or Senior Certificate
2. Certified copy of your Identification Document (ID)
3. Certified Certificate of good conduct from your current / previous institution
4. Certified Official Academic Transcript
5. Module content / Yearbook descriptor from your institution for all modules completed
6. Certified Degree certificate (if applicable)
