China Daily Belt and Road Youth's English-speaking competition started in 2019.
The event is an English speech competition for public speaking enthusiasts (born after January 1, 1995) in countries along the “Belt and Road”.
The finals will be hosted in China (depending on the COVID-19 pandemic situation). The main objectives are to improve the cultural communication among youth from one road and one belt countries and to enhance the friendship between those countries.
