Queer Dubs

The Gender Equity Unit, in partnership with the Human Resources Department, invites all UWC staff to join a voluntary, staff-led LGBTQIA+ Forum—an inclusive space for dialogue, connection, and shared advocacy.

This forum is open to all staff members who identify as LGBTQIA+, as well as allies who wish to listen, learn, and contribute to a more affirming campus culture. Whether you're looking to share experiences, raise concerns, or simply connect with colleagues in a safe and respectful environment—your presence matters.
