Dear students
This is an opportunity to apply for a three month mobility at a partner institution, West University Timisoara Romania. Applications from PhD, Masters or Bachelor level students are welcome. Where applicable, applicants must ensure that they find matching courses for the degree for which they will continue to be registered at UWC in 2020.
Preference is given to top achieving students.

Universitatea de Vest din Timisoara / West University of Timisoara is very glad to let you know that our institutional application for Erasmus+ individual mobilities with South Africa for 2019-2020 was successful and we have been granted Erasmus+ funding in order to organise exchange of student and staff mobilities with our partner institutions from this country.
In September 2019 our National Agency sent us details concerning the budgeting of the successful Erasmus+ mobility projects, thus please find below the exact number and type of individual mobilities assigned to your institution beginning with the next academic year 2019-2020.
Therefore, based on our Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement, University of Western Cape can organize the following Outgoing mobilities to West University of Timisoara:

Applicants must please send the following documents to the IRO by 28 November 2019 (extended deadline):
a) a motivation from the applicant, including course work identified at Timisoara for the semester (Feb-July 2020). Students must enrol for matching courses, where applicable. Full thesis students please include your research objectives during the mobility
b) 1-2 page CV and copy of your passport
c) academic transcript
d) letter of support from the supervisor (M & PhD) or course convenor (B), endorsed by the HoD and Dean
The process of selecting the right candidates for the above mentioned Erasmus+ mobilities, falls into the responsibility of the home institution. Eligible applicants will be submitted to the UVT for their final decision.
