Applications are invited for the abovementioned travel bursary. The dates of the tour are 20 Nov 2013 - 14 Dec 2013. The tour is from Cape Town- London -Oxford -Cambridge- Edinburgh- Cape Town. Travel and accommodation paid for.

Leadership development towards nation building.

Senior (3rd year and above) students/junior staff members

  • Leadership activities
Other documents
  • A brief statement of the dates and purpose of your previous visits to the UK
  • A letter of motivation
  • Three references reporting on your character, leadership and personality (not older than 3 months)

NRF Masters Freestanding Scholarships: 2013

Applications are invited for the abovementioned scholarship.

Criteria
* Full time studies only
* Only students who registered for the first year of Masters 2013 may apply
* SA citizens only
* Students should have obtained at least 60% average with the Hons degree
* The Hons degree must have been completed in the minimum period
* Support for Masters degree with course work will only be considered provided the proposed study
requires the submission of a thesis/dissertation which weighs at least 50% of the total course content
and the research component is externally evaluated.

Application forms can be collected from the Financial Aid Office Help Desk and the completed forms must be submitted at the FA Help desk by Tuesday 16 April for the latest. The value of the scholarship is R40 000 per annum for two years. Second year of funding is subject to satisfactory progress.
