Leadership and Social Responsibility offers the Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) which is a co-curricular course designed to develop leadership capacity. It targets students who are interested in being challenged - who take seriously this country’s need for responsive and responsible citizens. Each year, forty students are carefully selected to join the programme.
Participants attend the 12 session programme on selected Wednesdays or Fridays, 14h00-16h00 throughout the year. The programme focuses on four pillars: General Leadership, Self Development, Building Sustainable Support Networks and Practical Project Skills. Themes are explored in a fun, interactive, practical and reflective manner.
