Examinations 2016-Timetable and Venues
Students have the option of either writing between 7 Nov - 9 Dec, or 10 Jan - 10 Feb, or writing some modules in the first examination and others in the second examination.

Transport will be provided from outside UWC Campus, Pedestrian Entrance on Robert Sobukwe Drive. Buses will depart at 7h30 and 8h00 to examination venues for the 9h00 examination session and at 12h30 and 13h00 for the 14h00 examination session.
Additional transport will also be available from Disahof, Hector Peterson and Gorvalla Residences. Buses will depart at 7h30 and 8h00 to examination venues for the 9h00 examination session and at 12h30 and 13h00 for the 14h00 examination session.
Student with Disabilities may make use of the Dial a Ride Service.
Transport will also be available from the examination venues back to the UWC Campus and Residences mentioned above at 12h00, 12h30 and 13h00 for the morning session and at 16h30, 17h00 and 17h30. Should any paper extend beyond this time transport will be made available as well.
Students will only be allowed access to examination venues once an official UWC Student Card is presented. If you have lost or misplaced your Student Card please bring along a copy of your ID/Passport/Drivers License as form of identification. Students without a student card will be checked at the venue against SASI to verify eligibility before being granted entry to the venue.
Students are encouraged to avoid bringing backpacks or the like (apart from stationary or approved material for open book exams or others) to the examination venues. All students and their belongings may be searched before being allowed to enter the venues.
Students are reminded that once in the examination venues, examination rules apply and students must adhere to them and to instructions from invigilators. Should students fail to do so they will be asked to leave the venue. Students may not perform any action that disrupts the examination or neighboring students.
Security personnel will be present at all examination venues. All students must be seated at least half hour before the commencement of the examination.
