The Annual General Meeting of the Convocation is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 20 June 2026 from 11h00 to 13h00 at the Life Sciences Auditorium, Brian O’Connell Life Sciences Building, Robert Sobukwe Road, Bellville.

To accommodate Convocation members who are unable to attend the AGM in person, the meeting will be live-streamed on YouTube and may be accessed using the link below. Live-streaming of the AGM is for viewing only. It is not a virtual meeting, and Convocation members who view the live-streamed meeting will thus not be included in the quorum of the AGM and will not be able to participate in the meeting.
