The Corporate Law specialisation prepares students for careers in corporate and commercial law and strengthens their knowledge of the legal frameworks that shape companies, transactions and corporate decision-making.
Programme Information
Corporate Law has been developed as a full area of specialisation in response to market developments and student needs. It covers contemporary issues in corporate governance, corporate finance and financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency, fundamental transactions and remedies.
Teaching draws on Faculty expertise together with industry specialists and guest lecturers. The programme is intended to deepen understanding of the legal frameworks governing companies, commercial transactions and corporate activity.
