Ninety One is inviting candidates meeting the eligibility criteria to apply for th 2027 bursry opportunities. Recognising that students from under-resourced backgrounds need more than funding, our bursary programme offers comprehensive support. Ranging from tuition, accommodation, meals and learning materials to private tutoring, career guidance, resilience training, mental health and financial wellbeing sessions. Changeblazers enables students to focus on their studies with confidence.

Funding criteria:

• South African citizens and under the age of 21 in 2027
• Plan to study full time at a South African university in one of the fields listed
• Meet the minimum entry requirements for their chosen course
• Have preferably achieved at least 70% in English and Mathematics or Sciences in Grade 11
• Maintain strong academic performance
• Show leadership potential
• Demonstrate financial need (typically a household income of less than R600 000 per year)*

Study fields covered:

• Business, Finance and Economics
• Technology and Computer Science?
• Engineering
• Healthcare (excluding medicine, dentistry and veterinary science)
• Psychology
• Education
