A TRIBUTE TO SHANNON MANCHEST

"It is with profound sadness that the Department of Statistics and Population Studies has to say goodbye to Mr Shannon Manchest, one of our postgraduate alumni. Shannon passed away after a motor car accident on Saturday 21 May. Shannon will be greatly missed by all of us. Shannon had a wonderful sense of humour and he always smiled.  He was a wonderful and hardworking student who started his working life with the motto to do good, to contribute and to pay back.

Our deepest condolences to Shannon's mother, brother and sister, Robyn-Lee, who is a first-year UWC student. Shannon will be missed by all his UWC friends and lecturers. RIP Shannon!
