We would like to introduce you to our new online Residence Application Portal.
This has been a while in the making but with the latest software technology and some serious innovative techniques in collaboration with the Student Development & Support and the ICS departments it has come to fruition.
This is an exciting and new way that Residential Services has improved our online student interaction with regards to residence application.
This process has been simplified even more, for an easier application experience via either desktop computer / laptop or cellphone.
You can login with either of the following options.
1) Student Number
2) Passport Number
3) Application Number
4) Identity Number
Please make sure you have a valid UWC registered email address.
An OTP (One Time Pin) number will be sent to that email address in order for you to access the system and complete your application.
Once you have successfully logged in, your current student profile details will appear on the landing page. This will also include your current address information.
The system would then require you to upload a current proof of address in the formats requested.
If you have made an error it will allow you to remove the document and allow you to upload it again.
The terms and conditions need to be read and accepted with a tick in the check box provided.
You can then submit your application.
