Persons over the age of 50 are now eligible for a SECOND PFIZER booster only, provided that a period of at least 120 days has elapsed since they received their last COVID-19 vaccination. This does not include J&J.

NATIONAL VACCINATION PROGRAMME CIRCULAR 6 OF 2022

Please be informed that the UWC Vaccination Centre is fully operational in the Main Hall from Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 14h00.

Parents and children (aged 12 to 17) of staff and students can receive their COVID-19 vaccination at the UWC Vaccination Centre on the Main Campus. UWC alumni may also receive their vaccination at the centre.

Immunocompromised persons are also eligible for this booster one month after you have received your second Pfizer dose. Kindly note that you have to present the referral form from your general practitioner (GP) at the vaccination centre.
