As part of Samsung’s recently unveiled R280-million Equity Equivalent Investment Programme (EEIP), Samsung South Africa is funding the creation of a Microsoft AppFactory at the University of the Western Cape which is located in Bellville, Cape Town.

Samsung and UWC partnered with the Microsoft AppFactory to deliver an advanced nine-month software development programme to address the gap of high-demand software skills. It is a work-based internship writing software solutions for clients and mentored by senior software developers.

We’re looking for interns who are passionate to exercise writing code every day, practice modern techniques and clean code, and eager to research new technologies and share it with their peers.
