Dear Campus Community,
We have noted that a number of returning senior students (from second year to post-graduate level) have met the academic requirements and have been financially cleared, but are not registered yet.
As a result, the University’s Executive Management Committee has agreed to extend the registration period for senior returning students to 28 February 2023.
We encourage these students to attend classes and register as soon as possible before the deadline. It is crucial that we do not lose more days of learning at the University of the Western Cape.
The DVC: Student Development and Support will continue to engage with student leadership about other outstanding issues.
