Dear Campus Community,
The UWC Contact Centre and ICS Service Desk will be migrating to a new Telephony System as of Tuesday, 18 September 2018. The departments will unfortunately not be available telephonically from 15h00 on Monday, 17 September 2018 during the roll-over period.
The ICS Service Desk will be available via e-mail (servicedesk@uwc.ac.za) and the Walk-In Centre will be operational during this time.
Please take note that the following numbers will be unavailable from 15:00 on Monday, 17 September 2018: Switchboard - +27 21-9592911 / Student enquiries- Telephone: +27 21 959 3900/01/02/03 and ICS Service Desk +27 21 959 2000.
Telephone services will resume on Tuesday, 18 September 2018.
