TIMES:

• Opening ceremony at 8.30am.
• Matches kick off from 9am.

VENUE: UWC Sports Stadium

• The girls may access the stands to interact with family throughout the day.
• However, no child or adult may enter the field of play - including beyond the main stand - at any time if they are not involved in the matches.
• Families are allowed to bring pre-packed food and drinks. There will be food trucks at the event. No glass containers, bottles, drugs, alcohol, firearms and other weapons allowed in the stadium precinct.
• Entry is free for spectators.
• There is a lunch time show for the clubs to enjoy and a DJ. 
• KFM will be on hand as well.

KIT

• Each under-8 and under-10 team will be provided with a set of 14 shirts and shorts comprising 13 infield kits and 1 goalkeeper kit. Kits are supplied by Fieka Sport and sponsored by Apex. It becomes the property of each club once issued. 

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

• A lunch will be provided to each player and coach by Nando's Athlone
• The players and coaches will be supplied hydration (Bonaqua bottled water and Powerade) courtesy of Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages
