As part of the Human Resources Department’s priorities, we embarked on a project to draft an Integrated Talent Management Framework. The Institutional Operating Plan (2021 – 2025) refers to the Talent Management Framework towards creating an environment in which individuals are able to support strategic objectives and optimise strategic opportunities. The ITMF is an all-encompassing resource document aimed at guiding staff through the employee life cycle within UWC.
