- Jabaar Mohamed, a Deaf community activist. He believes that Deaf communities are OUR priority. He work for DeafSA Western Cape as Provincial Director full-time , part-time SASL (South African Sign Language) Instructor and internship Producer and TV Presenter.Mohamed currently sit on various committees, mentor, advocate, educational/awareness presentation, project, fundraising, marketing, presenting, MC, motivational speaker, social media addict and many more.
- Asandile Mandlana, a Lecture Department of Social Work at the University of the Western Cape holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and my highest qualification is Masters in Developmental Studies. His area of focus was on disability and transportation. Mandlana’s research interests include access to transportation for people living with disabilities, mourning and grieving rituals.
