Topic: Operations and planning at a public university in South Africa: a view from the trenches
"In this session, I will introduce Stellenbosch University’s approach to planning and the connection between our strategy and operational plans. This includes the use of data and business intelligence to guide our plans and assist with the implementation of these plans. I will focus on the need for a medium perspective in university planning as well as the necessity for coherence between budget projection and all other plans."
