Friday Five Facts: 5 Things You Didn't Know About WritingThreeSixty

WritingThreeSixty is a bi-annual multi/inter-disciplinary research and creative writing journal. The journal is one facet of student activities and initiatives which reflects graduate culture in the UWC English Department. Here are five fast facts about the publication:

1. WritingThreeSixty is an online journal that includes poetry, short stories, research, book reviews and interviews. Submissions are welcome across the Arts and Humanities faculties and from sister universities.

2. WritingThreeSixty is based at UWC and is entirely run by graduate students in the UWC English Department. The team ranges from Honours level to PhD  meet them here.

3. All research articles and creative writing published in the journal have undergone a rigorous double-blind peer review, with initial editorial board screening and anonymized reviewing. Authors retain copyright, and are most welcome to publish elsewhere.

4. Between issues, WritingThreeSixtykeeps you informed about interesting literary developments via their Facebook and Twitter pages, or their website.

If you would like to showcase your writing and research skills, submit your poetry, short stories, book reviews or academic essays for Issue 2 of WritingThreeSixty by 1 July 2015.
