UWC Makes Dent In Student Housing Need With Final Phase Of Kovacs Agreement

The University of the Western Cape (UWC) has signed a landmark development agreement with Kovacs, marking the final phase of a long-standing partnership to deliver quality student accommodation on campus. The agreement, signed in a celebratory ceremony in October, represents the culmination of a journey that began in 2010 when UWC and Kovacs first partnered to address the acute shortage of student housing.
