SERVICES REQUIRED
UWC invites suitably qualified, capable and established Service Providers based within the Western Cape Metropolitan Area, to submit proposals to recommend on specific revisions to the University’s remuneration and benefits policy necessary to ensure consistency and coherency with the University’s system, while being sufficiently flexible to adapt to future long-term development and growth.MANDATORY CRITERIA
To be considered for this tender, Service Providers must comply with ALL the criteria listed below and submit ALL the information and/or copies of documents as required:
- Payment of the Tender Fee of R575.00 (Incl. Vat)
- Signed Anti-Collusion Declaration
- Signed Declaration of Interest
- Company Profile & Company Organogram
- Company Registration Documents
- Tax Clearance Certificate /PIN
- BBBEE certificate or EME or QSE affidavit where applicable, relevant to the Higher Education Sector
- Latest Financial Statements for the past 2 years not older than 2021
- Proof of fully established and fully operational Western Cape Office (E.g., Municipal Bill, Valid Lease Agreement)
- Contactable References of at least three (3) (not older than three years) contactable references from customers (preferably in Higher Education Sector) / Environment. The reference to include name, contact details, email address, value of appointment and period of contract.
- Provide Organogram of the Advisory Team
