SERVICES REQUIRED
The University of the Western Cape (UWC) invites experienced NetApp Solution Providers, (Preferred or higher level NetApp Partners), that are well established within the Western Cape, to submit a proposal for the End-to-End Supply and Implementation, Configuration and Support of a NetApp AFF C60 storage infrastructure solution at UWC. This will include the decommissioning of the existing FAS8300 and associated storage shelves to be redeployed at the University’s Disaster Recovery (DR) site.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
To be considered for this tender, Service Providers must comply with ALL the criteria listed below and submit ALL the information and/or copies of documents as required:

| • | Provide Company Registration Documents (CIPC) | ||||
| • | Valid Tax Clearance Certificate / PIN | ||||
| • | Valid BBBEE certificate or EME or QSE affidavit where applicable | ||||
| • | Latest Audited Annual Financials Statement (AFS) for 2 years not older than 2023 | ||||
| • | Company Profile, including number of staff relevant to the tender and their storage certifications. | ||||
| • | Provide proof of Valid Preferred or higher Partnership Agreement with NetApp | ||||
| • | Provide the following Insurances: | ||||

| • | Proof of a fully established Local operational company in the Western Cape (e.g., Municipal bill, Lease Agreement, etc.) |

| • | Provide a minimum of 3 contactable local reference sites (not older than 3 years) where installation of a similar size were implemented to include name, contact details, email address, value of contract and period of contract. | ||||
| • | Signed Declaration of Interest | ||||
| • | Signed Anti-Collusion Declaration | ||||
| • | Signed Certificate of Non-Affiliation with the State of Israel |
NB: Tender submissions that do not meet the Mandatory requirements may be eliminated from the tender process and will not advance to the next stage of assessment. No points are allocated to this stage.
