SERVICES REQUIRED
The University of the Western Cape (UWC) invites suitably qualified and authorised Google Education Partner service providers to submit tenders for the provision of Google Workspace for Education Plus Licenses and Related Products and Services for the University of the Western Cape.
CONTRACT DURATION
The fixed contract period is three (3) years.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
To be considered for this tender, service providers must meet the following criteria and submit the following information / copies of documents:
| • | Payment of Tender Fee of R1 150,00 inclusive of VAT |
| • | Signed and completed Pricing Schedule (Annexure 2) |
| • | Signed and completed Third Party Consent Form (Annexure 3) |
| • | Completed Signed Form of Tender (Annexure 11) |
| • | Response Form (Annexure 4) |
| • | Provide Company Profile including Company Organogram |
| • | Provide Company Registration Documents (CIPC) |
| • | Provide proof of an authorised Google for Education Partner Certificate |
| • | Provide a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate /PIN |
| • | Provide a Valid BBBEE certificate or EME or QSE affidavit where applicable |
| • | Provide Latest Financial Statements for the past 2 years not older than 2023 |
| • | Valid Liability Insurance cover with a minimum value of R2 million. Should your current Liability insurance not cover the full extent of the required insurance cover, please provide your valid existing insurance cover together with a written confirmation that the required insurance cover will be obtained and be in place upon award. |
| • | Provide a minimum of 3 references in the form of Purchase Orders, Appointment Letters or reference letters signed by Clients of current and or previous license renewals of Google Workspace for Education Plus licence renewals or similar Google Workspace-related services. |
| • | Signed and completed Declaration of Interest (Annexure 5) |
| • | Signed and completed Anti-Collusion Declaration (Annexure 6) |
| • | Signed Declaration in respect of non-Affiliation with the state of Israel (Annexure 7) |
NB: Tender submissions that do not meet the Mandatory requirements may be eliminated from the tender process and will not advance to the next stage of assessment. No points are allocated to this stage.

Electronic Tender Documents will be made available, on application to the email address provided below during the dates and times stipulated above, against a non-refundable tender fee of R1 150.00. Banking details for payment of the tender fee will also be made available on request.
