IMPORTANT: Transcripts will not be accessible from 22 July to 03 August 2021, while the University completes its marks publication and promotions processes.
Students with a zero student account balance or students funded by NSFAS will have official electronic copies of their transcripts emailed to them between 03 - 10 August 2021. Students with a zero balance can also access their transcripts from their student portal.
Internet Explorer (IE) is the recommended web browser to view your exam results. If you are experiencing timeouts when refreshing the results screen, exit and reload your web browser.
Should you have fees outstanding (i.e. have not settled all your fees) you will not receive an academic transcript or your full results, but will only receive your promotion outcome via the UWC Student Portal. In the event that you have fees outstanding you may request your academic transcript to be emailed on your behalf, to other institutions, employers or bursars by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and including the institution’s name, a contact email (to which it must be sent) and a reference/application number (if applicable).
Students with a zero student account balance can also access their transcripts from 03 August 2021 (13h00) via their student portal, the document may take up to 48 hours to be emailed to you, please do not request it more than once within 48 hours.

Cost of remarking exam scripts is R750 per exam script.
Before you request remarking of your exam script, the following must be in your possession:
Electronic copy of your certified ID
Electronic copy of your bank deposit slip for the fee outlined above

If you have completed your degree when results are published, you may request a letter of completion from email@example.com.
Senate Discretionary Assessments (SDAs) will take place from 12-13 August 2021. A student must qualify for this as per Rule A.5.2.8 Senate Discretionary Assessment (SDA) in the General Calendar.

An error does not give the candidate the right to a pass mark, distinction, or the award of a certificate, diploma or degree.
