IntroductionThe Division for Postgraduate Studies (DPGS) is a one-stop shop and serves as an umbrella unit for capacity development of postgraduate student within the University structure.
DPGS facilitate an array of research skills trainings aimed at enhancing postgraduate experiences across all semester. In ensuring that the IOP mandate of UWC is accomplished specifically for postgraduate students; recruitment, retention and completion rate, DPGS serves as a strategic unit in realising these IOP goals. As such, research skills and training contents in the form of workshops are designed in a timeous and orderly sequence to cater for postgraduate student’s research needs as applicable for each semester.
The following objectives constitutes the training and workshops in second semester.
