Ntandoyenkosi Sibindi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and
Entrepreneurship at the University of the Western Cape. His research focuses on entrepreneurship,
innovation, dynamic capabilities, intrapreneurship, organizational adaptation, and strategic
management, with a particular interest in emerging economy contexts. He has published in
accredited national and international journals and has supervised numerous Masters and PhD
students.
His recent work explores dynamic capabilities under constraint, capability elasticity,
organizational containment, and innovation capabilities as drivers of organizational renewal and
longevity. Beyond academia, he contributes to policy and practice through research and stakeholder
engagement in entrepreneurship development, small business growth, innovation ecosystems, and
economic governance. He has participated in national and international research collaborations and
has presented his work at conferences in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Robertson Khan Tengeh is a Professor of Entrepreneurship Management. He holds degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Public Management. His academic and work trajectory has driven his research in the Business Management and Public Management disciplines in the past couple of years, although with a particular interest in entrepreneurship. He focused on mapping what he now refers to as poverty entrepreneurship. This, for him, revolves around all forms of entrepreneurship endeavours geared at reducing poverty. Hence, the start-up and sustainability of micro and small businesses is a central theme in most of his research. He is passionate about increasing the pool of entrepreneurs, the survival and growth of the businesses and, in most cases, leans towards a multidisciplinary approach.
